1. Description of the Service
   The Service Provider offers hairdressing and trichology services, including haircuts, hair treatments, scalp diagnostics and other related services.
2. Appointment Booking
   Appointments can be booked online or by phone. The booking becomes valid after confirmation.
3. Cancellation
   Appointments may be cancelled no later than 48 hours in advance. In the event of late cancellation, a fee may be charged.
4. Payment
   Payment is made on site in cash or electronically. Prices are stated in Hungarian forints.
5. Liability
   The guest is required to provide accurate information about their health condition. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any damage resulting from concealed information.
6. Complaints Handling
   Complaints may be submitted by email or by phone. The Service Provider will respond within 30 days.
7. Other Provisions
   The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions.
